Refund Policy for Faulty Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund for a faulty item, please email us at hello@barbadosinspired.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s incorrect sizing, or any issues not related to manufacturing defects.
